Getting enough drinking water during the day

Not drinking enough water during the day can cause problems whether you’re at home, school or at work in the office. The availability of bottled water and water coolers in most places should solve this problem but how many people are drinking enough water?
Most doctors agree that people are not drinking enough water. Doctors used to say that adults needed to drink eight glasses of water a day, but new research show that you should simply drink when you are thirsty to avoid dehydration and that eight glasses of water per day may not be enough for some people. Depending on how physical of work you do each day, you may need to drink water throughout the day instead of only with meals.
